OH YARH, before i lay on my bed.
i would like to share sumthings with u guys. *how gd am i?*
this afternoon i went online searching,
and i realise thats we girls can stop menstruation anytime !!!!
So if you girls would like to spend more tyme with your boyfriend/husband without this irriting.
You may try out my tips ok (: ( i don't know whether its works anot, no harm trying right?)

TIPS 1 :
Steo 1 Remove your shirt and bra. Skin to skin contact is most effective when you use this method to stop period occurrences. If you like, put a couple drops of baby oil or lotion on your finger tips.

Step 2 Begin with your finger tips near your cleavage side of the breasts. Start right by the nipples and circle each hand up and around towards the outside. The left hand should move in a clockwise direction around the breast to stop period flow, and the right hand should move counter clockwise.

Step 3 Continue nonstop breast circling 200 times each morning and night. Some people remember it best if they do it in the shower in the morning and before bed each night.

Step 4 Wait until you stop period cycles before altering your method. Once you have skipped menstruation, you can reduce the breast circling to only 100 times twice a day.

TIPS 2 :
start drinking two table spoons of vinegar every day followed by a glass of water

TIPS 3 :
you may consult the doctor.
they may give u some pills, which let u stop for around 7 days.
and your menstruation would comes smoothly (:

I got a good news, i'am finally done with my troublesome medical check. *laughs*

AND, i'am starting my work tomorrow at food industries.

So excited plus nervous ok !!!

But, this job not gonna be long-term (:

i want to become a professional hairstylist.

So in order to process with my dream, this coming september.

I'am joining kimage hairdressing school *smile*

♥ & my family supported me so much.

They willing to come out a sum of money for me.

I'am so fortunate. (JEALOUS?)

If my dream goes damn well and smooth for me,

♥ & i willing to put aside our engagement planning to end of 2010. *sad*

our saving $$$ plan is going smoothly,

i thinks there won't be any money problem with our plan for next year (:

as my company gave wrong medical paper to the clinic !

nothing much happened today,
went to work at 12pm, but i'am late ok !
ended work at 10pm, ♥ came over and fetch me.
have our dinner , chit-chatting ngan ♥ awhile.
